Neither CNN, nor Lemon elaborate as to WHY such a strong decision was made to FIRE Lemon, however, as per the internet, the termination happened after a controversial interview between Lemon and show guest Vivek Ramaswamy.
During the interview, Vivek Ramaswamy was discussing the topic of racism and the struggles of the Black community. The discussion was mostly happening with Don’s co-host – Poppy Harlow after which she urged Don to share his thoughts.
