Chief of Police Murphy Paul has announced that the officer in question is being investigated.
“We’re going to conduct an investigation into the incident and report our findings at the appropriate time,”Officer Paul said at a press conference.
“Until then, we’re asking the community to respect the process that is in place right now so that we can conclude that investigation and present all of the facts that have been known to us,” New Orleans Public Radio reported.
