The first trademark Kim K applied for was non-medicated skin preparations, skin moisturizers, skin lotions, skin creams and skin cleansers. In the future, Momager Kim K can even help North expand the line into skin serums, facial oils, body oils, baby powders, bath and shower gels.

The second trademark is for North to build her own toy business empire covering “toy figures, doll accessories, dolls, drawing toys, infant toys, mechanical action toys, play sets, action figures, soft toys, bath toys,” and more.
