Radar Online had an interview with one of the employees at the prison where serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer was placed. According to the report, leaders of the Vice Lords, a Black gang, put out a hit contract for Dahmer and the reward for killing him was $40,000.
The Vice Lords gang members hated Dahmer because he mostly targeted and cannibalized young Black men of the Milwaukee neighborhood.

Once word was out for prison inmates, an inmate named Christopher Scarver took the offer and planned on killing Dahmer.
