During the trial, he was find guilty for his role in a drug trafficking ring. The star was sentenced to eight to ten years in prison in 2015. He made an appeal in Appellate Court, but the appeal was denied. However, he received credit for the fifteen months he had already served before he was granted bail.
He took a plea deal to plead guilty to transporting illegal substances (cocaine and heroin) from New York City to Rochester, New York between 2006 and 2008.
