Though there’s no proof to this speculation, people are starting to believe that there was definitely something personal that led the officers to send Nichols to his deathbed.
Nichols’ family, on the other hand, has denied these rumors. A family spokesperson took to social media to address the rumor and claimed that it’s not true.
