Singer R. Kelly, who was arrested on several federal charges last year, fighting for prison release due to COVID-19.
R. Kelly born Robert Sylvester Kelly, is currently awaiting trial on 10 counts of aggravated criminal, sexual abuse and child pornography charges. He claims that he is having to buy his own soap in prison.
The singer’s lawyer has stated that Kelly fears the spread of Coronavirus because of which staying in prison puts his life at risk.
