It goes without saying that each US state is unique from every other. Each has its own rich history, culture, traditions, customs, and weather conditions. Even accents vary from region to region. However, there is one thing they all have in common: every state has the capacity to be weird in its own unique way.
The Centennial State
Colorado’s food and wine scene is arguably one of the best in the country. It is known for its Southwest, Rocky Mountain, and Mexican cuisines. Bon Appetit hailed Boulder Colorado as the country’s Foodiest Town in 2010. Colorado wines are equally famous, having received international awards for their quality.
Colorado is home to a lot of hippies who love nature. In this picture, a girl in what seems to be an albino bat costume is seen happily posing in the midst of a breathtaking view. While its people are crazy-fantastic, some argue that Colorado’s best feat to date has been their early legalization of weed. It was actually the first state to legalize the use of marijuana for both medical and recreational purposes.
