Every American State Summed Up In A Single Photograph

The Last Frontier
Alaska is the United States’ northernmost and westernmost state. It is also the largest by total area (663,268 square miles) – more than twice the size of the next largest state, Texas. In fact, if you include territorial waters, the state is even larger than the combined area of the next three largest states combined (Texas, California, and Montana).

If you are from Alaska, then this scenario probably won’t surprise you. In fact, you might even casually remark that this photo simply depicts the regular morning rush hour. To an Alaskan, there is absolutely nothing odd about two bears battling it out in the middle of the highway. So, if you’re in the mood for some grizzly action, maybe it’s time to pay Alaska a visit.
