According to the trust agreement, Vanessa and her two daughters Natalia, 17, and Bianca, 3, can draw from the trust including principal and income. This will be in effect until Vanessa is alive. And then her children receive equal portions of the remainder after her death.
Since Capri’s name is not added in the trust at this moment, she won’t be entitled to receive her part. Which is why Vanessa would like to get her name added to it asap.
