While it’s true that they were equipped with the best defense rigs of their era, Glyptodons had nothing to protect them from the sharp minds of human hunters.
As the Glyptodons soon discovered, being able to defend yourself from extreme weather conditions and predators wasn’t enough, you had to be human-proof if you wanted to survive back then.
