The plastic surgery page that mostly reports on celebrities getting surgeries reported that Spice was traveling to DR for cosmetic enhancement surgery however, during liposuction, complications occurred and her body went into sepsis.

Soon after that, more and more news after her botched surgery started making rounds on the internet. Many claimed that Spice was also getting a butt lift which also caused complications.
