Twitter rumors say Dancehall artist Spice in a COMA after a botched butt lift and HERE’S THE TRUTH.
According to several reports on the internet, “Queen of Dancehall” Spice who also appeared on Love & Hip Hop is currently hospitalized and not in very good condition. The reality TV star reportedly suffered a medical emergency while undergoing a surgical procedure in Dominican Republic.
