The video has surfaced just weeks after Tristan confirmed that he had a thing with Maralee Nichols and that he fathered a child with her. After taking a paternity test and announcing publicly, he apologized to his baby mama Khloe.
Khloe Kardashian and Tristan were in a relationship when Tristan cheated on her and conceived a child with Maralee.
