According to Thielen, the fracas started when Jeffries tried to record Songz at the nightclub, which Songz did not want her to do. When Jeffries refused to stop recording him, Songz had his security escort her away from him. Thielen also testified, under oath, that Jeffries’ attorney took her to lunch shortly after the incident, and offered her “between $100,000 and $200,000, depending on the size of the judgment awarded” to lie on Jeffries’s behalf, so as to “paint him as the next R. Kelly.”
A judge has yet to rule on the motion, however, this isn’t the only sexual assault case that Trey Songz is facing.
