Amanda, who is a liberal democrat and an activist who fights against racism and sexism, brought up the subject of racism to the table.
However, Jeannie, who is a supporter of Trump, tried to divert the topic and quickly got slammed by Amanda.
Talking about Martin Luther King, Amanda highlighted that things are not so different today.

“I think Dr. King would look at today and say, ‘well it ain’t much different’, you know,” Amanda said. “I think he would say that in terms of our standards, in terms of the way that we’re interacting with each other, we still have a prison industrial complex, we still have racism, we still have things built into our laws and into our constitution…”
This is when Jeannie quickly cut Amanda off and said, “We have worse mental health than before and higher suicide rates…”
And then Amanda cut Jeannie off too and said, “But it’s specifically about RACE.”
