In addition to the lien, the former couple was hit with a separate lien over $4k owed to the City of Atlanta for taxes. Speaking of his ex-wife, Ne-Yo recently agreed to pay Renay nearly $2 million after the couple reached a divorce settlement in February.
And that’s not all. Renay will take one of their four Georgia homes and he’s covering $20,000 worth of moving expenses. The “Because of You” singer has also agreed to buy her a new car in the $150,000 range.
