A 15-year-old Black teen was in a Washington Heights subway station as a group of Hispanic teens were seen bullying and assaulting him.
The incident took place Monday and the teens can be heard chanting racial slurs such as “n**ga alert” throughout the viral video.

The NYPD is treating the attack as a HATE CRIME.
