Earlier this year, The Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Cynthia Bailey and Kenya Moore, RHONY stars Luann de Lesseps and Ramona Singer, RHONJ stars Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga, and RHOBH stars Kyle Richards flew down to Turks and Caicos to film the new Real Housewives spin-off.
