According to reports, Kevin swatted the sergeant’s hand away, and when another officer tried to detain him, he broke loose. He and the officer got into a tussle that resulted in them falling down the escalator. He was since charges with four misdemeanors.

Kevin McCall is still behind bars (as of this morning); he’s being held on a $9,500 bond.
