As per the official report filed by the cops, Dani smelled of alcohol. The cop reportedly conducted field sobriety tests, which she failed miserably — the singer later took a Breathalyzer test also.
She failed the Breathalyzer test too with claims that she blew a 0.145 and 0.148, which is nearly twice the legal limit.
Dani was immediately cuffed and taken to jail, where she was booked on 3 felony charges. Her charges include ‘driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property.’
