A woman had reported that a possibly-armed man was inside an apartment and had live-streamed himself on social media, police said. The video apparently showed the man toting a handgun and two women, unmoving, lying on the floor.
Weber is wanted on a warrant citing various felonies including domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon, police said.
