The report announcing that Alpo Martinez was claimed first appeared on the New York Daily News. It shared that a 55-year-old man was killed in a drive-by shooting on a Harlem street corner early Sunday, October 30.
The victim was shot multiple times in the chest from a passing vehicle on W. 147th St, near Frederick Douglass Blvd.
