His entire family is also a mess. His daughter, Justice, just filed a restraining order against one of his old friends. The request wasn’t successful in the end, but there is no information why she would want a restraining order. TMZ reported that Justice claims Avance is “uncontrollable” and she fears he could be physically violent. Also Singleton’s mom, Shelia Ward, filed an emergency request for control of his assets. It seems someone had gone into John’s locked office and taken valuables from it.
We hope the private investigator will help get some answers for the family, so they could finally have closure and try to move on.
