It seems that the Boyz N The Hood director’s hospitalization on 17 April isn’t very transparent from the beginning. According to TMZ, his children believe that there is “more to the story” regarding his stroke and eventual death. They don’t know how Singleton arrived at the hospital. They know he didn’t drive there himself, and there is no receipt from any car sharing services like Uber or Lyft.
