Megan Thee Stallion admitted that she didn’t fully understand her contract, something that’s quite normal for young artists who get excited at the prospect of a permanent contract. “When I signed, I think I was like, 20. I didn’t understand everything that was in that contract.”

The rapper has now filed a lawsuit against the label seeking the termination of her contract, and a temporary restraining order has been granted to allow the new music’s release, TMZ reports.
