A flier was released on Friday by Silent Witness, a non-profit Phoenix program that urges citizens to keep an eye out and inform the authorities if they know anything.
“He should be considered armed and dangerous,” the flier states.
Francisco shared that he is still feeling very unsafe and frightened thinking that the gunman could come back again.
“Everytime someone came into the door, I feel like it was someone who was there to rob me,” he said.
