The bad part is, Lovely Mimi isn’t a stranger to the legal system. District court records from Maryland show that Luong faced two counts of drug trafficking, one charge of possession of pot and one charge of of possession with intent to distribute. Eventually she wasn’t prosecuted for anything but the marijuana charge.
But with a new charge? I am no lawyer, but I’m sure her fame can only help her so far in front of the justice. I guess we’ll have to see. Her next scheduled court date is June 27.
