The parties received an additional 13 months to settle the case and now have until 14 February 2024 to hammer out the details, and the judge warned the pair he expects “arbitration to be done by then.”
Marc initially filed the lawsuit in public – but a Los Angeles judge immediately sealed the case, and ordered the matter to be privately settled through arbitration – because Marc signed an airtight NDA.
