Preschool was a special time for Matt and Laura. They were inseparable. Their friendship continued to blossom, even after Matt’s bold admission of his love for Laura. Their weekends were filled with playdates and they never missed each other’s birthday parties.
The two had such a special bond, Matt’s proposal to marry Laura didn’t seem so ridiculous as time passed. But like all things, their friendship was to be tested. Something significant was about to happen as preschool was coming to a close.
They were about to enter kindergarten.
