And now Kim has just gotten very real about her struggles with new psoriasis arthritis diagnosis. So she shared the details in a revealing personal essay on her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s wellness site, Poosh.

She revealed she had her first outbreak at 25, sharing the rollercoaster of emotions she’s had while dealing with the chronic skin condition. Kim said that she’s learned to deal with it, but it often spreads.
