On several occasions, Harris claimed that she was abused by Mayweather. In 2014, during an interview with USA Today, she recounted the times she was abused by her ex-boyfriend. She said, “I was a battered woman. I felt embarrassed about saying I was a battered woman. I felt shame. I felt like it was my fault. What did I do? I didn’t understand what a battered woman was at that time.”
Now apparently she was ready to tell it all.
