In 2019, a 13-year-old sued the actor for allegedly sending explicit text messages, images and videos to her phone. The case was later dismissed. But now his felony charge, filed in King County on June 14, stems from the same accusations detailed in the 2019 lawsuit.
He also failed to show up to his arraignment.
