While 6-year-old Zohar Paxton is recovering from serious injuries, his father and mother Alexis Adams are preparing to take the building owners to court over the accident.
Alexis Adams, Flo Rida’s ex said in a civil lawsuit filed Monday that the incident, which occurred on March 4 left their child hospitalized with fractures in his pelvis and left foot, a lacerated liver, collapsed lungs and internal bleeding.
The child took a major fall as he fell from the 5th floor of an apartment building and landed on concrete ground. The blessed child miraculously survived but endured severe injuries that he is still recovering from.
