According to NYPD, the rapper then flee the nightclub in a car. The authorities were planning to issue a warrant for Travis’s arrest however, his legal team negotiated to with the cops so that the rapper could turn himself in peacefully.
Travis’ attorney issued a statement about the altercation saying that there was a “misunderstanding.”

“While this is clearly a misunderstanding being blown out of proportion by clickbait and misinformation, we are actively working with the venue and law enforcement to resolve and set the record straight,” his attorney, Mitchell Schuster said. “We are confident our client will be cleared of any wrongdoing.”
