15-year-old Zaya Wade has decided to change her name and gender legally and her father Dwyane Wade and step mom Gabrielle Union support her a hundred percent on the decision.
However, legally, Zaya also needs the permission of her biological mother to change her gender and name and Funches is absolutely against it.
Yesterday Funches filed a petition to block Zaya from making any changes to her name or gender until she is 18 and ready to make adult decisions.
