Police has confirmed that Khan was seen having a verbal and physical fight with a man in front of a white convertible Lamborghini after which they both entered the car.
And then somewhere along the way near Buckhead Intersection of the Peachtree and Piedmont roads, Khan was ejected from the moving car.

Reports confirm that the fight between the two continued in the car but they are yet to investigate if Khan was pushed out of the car or if she jumped to escape the fight.
