The third royal naval force to be on this list is the Royal Danish Navy. The marine counterpart of the Danish Defence Force, Denmark’s navy is tasked with security, surveillance, rescue, searches, icebreaking, recovery, and oil spill prevention.
The Royal Danish Navy receives $4.4 billion as their defense budget. It also owns 90 naval assets including seven mine warfare vessels, nine frigates, and eight patrol crafts.
