King Von, on his real name Dayvon Daquan Bennett,,was an up and coming rapper in Atlanta, dropping his first single, “Crazy Story” in 2018 and was affiliated with Lil Durk. King Von had released his album “Welcome to O-Block,” a tribute to the area around 64th Street and King Drive on the South Side where he grew up.
He died in a shooting at the beginning of November.
