Rayshard Brooks was shot by white police officers at a Wendy’s drive through. The cops were informed about a man napping in his car while parked at the drive through. When the cops interogated the man (Rayshard Brooks) they discovered that he had a few drinks.
When they proceeded to handcuff Brooks, he resisted and in the process, one of the cops shot him with a gun twice.
The video of the encounter has since gone viral.
