Last week, the former Democratic candidate for governor of Florida, Andrew Gillum, apologized after he was found “inebriated” in a room with a man who had possibly overdosed on drugs. Gillum was in the bathroom throwing up while the other man Travis Dyson was having difficulty breathing on the bed.
