Conner pleaded guilty in November 2019 to felony criminal exposure to HIV, and for having intercourse with a minor by an authority figure and solicitation of a minor. And this is not all. He has two similar cases pending involving 17- and 24-year-old sexual partners.
But now he looks like he’s getting a pretty sweet deal.
