Kelsey was called to the stands today by the prosecutors for her statement however, it became very evident quickly that Kelsey’s statement was not going as they expected.
Kelsey, who is considered the only real witness in the shooting case, refused to answer any questions and and invoked her Fifth Amendment protection against self incrimination.
On the other hand, Tory’s legal team is arguing that it was Kelsey who shot Meg and not Tory.
