The actor and his attorney released a statement claiming that a new video — as well as a witness — will prove that he did not physically assault his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari.
According to the legal rep, the cab driver proves that Majors did not hit or choke 30-year-old Jabbari “in any way at any time, or even raised his voice.”
