It turns out that the landlord is claiming that the rapper is not paying her rent, and has filed legal documents to have her removed from the apartment.
And online rumors say a process server arrived at the residence looking for Ms. Banks. Instead, they were met by an unidentified woman who refused to give her name or any information on Banks.
