The couple made an appearance on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?‘s season four. There, fans found out Jay cheated on Ashley with another woman. And when Ashley found out, she kicked him out of the house, sharing that their relationship was over. And now there seems there’s no way the two can work it out.

MTO News reported that Jay was taken into custody last week by ice. He is reportedly facing deportation after his wife Ashley called the authorities on him.
