Viacom and MTV have decided to cancel Teen Mom Young & Pregnant’s 4th season, and there won’t be a reunion either. The show recently completed it’s the third season and it was just announced that it won’t be picked up for a fourth. It’s no secret that the show’s ratings have been dropping but no one anticipated that it would have been canceled.
