Glyptodons first existed in the lands of South America. They were able to reach Guatemala in search of food. As they continued to breed, the species spread across the globe in no time.
The Glyptodon Jose found most likely died after being trapped due to wreckage from a storm. It’s incredible how the shell remained intact after thousands of years. But how about the Michigan Mammoth found by James?
