Jimmy Carter Jr. – IQ 156.8
Jimmy Carter Jr. – a Nobel Peace Prize winner and change advocate – is a strong contender on our list of the most intelligent presidents. With an IQ of 156.8, he left an inspiring legacy to the nation. His was a competitive and commendable government. Carter championed human rights and even made cordiality possible between Israel and Egypt through the 1978 Camp David agreement.

Moreover, Carter’s humanitarian services were remarkable. And oh, he even claimed to have seen UFOs after a conference in Georgia in 1976. Well, if the 39th president of one of the world’s most influential nations said it, surely we’re justified in believing such strange things exist?
