Steve Harvey messes up AGAIN as he announces wrong winner at the Miss Universe 2019 Pageant!
This may sound like a BIG joke, but Steve Harvey did it AGAIN!
Standing with the winner next to him, Harvey announced the wrong winner before the winner herself interrupted and corrected the nervous host.
Steve nervously blamed the teleprompter for the error!
